How to play Hangman
- Think of a word from your current unit and draw one blank for each letter.
- Students take turns guessing one letter.
- Correct letters are written in every blank where they appear.
- Each wrong letter adds one part to the drawing.
- Students win if they solve the word before the drawing is finished.
Variations
- Many teachers draw a snowman, flower or spaceship instead of a hanging figure.
- Team version: alternate guesses between two teams and award a point for each correct letter.
