How to make a Jeopardy game for class

  1. Click Edit questions before class. The question list is hidden again when you save, so students never see the answers on the board.
  2. Write up to six categories. Each category is a name followed by five lines of question | answer. Add a line Final: question | answer for a Final round.
  3. Click Save and play, choose the number of teams and go full screen.
  4. The team whose turn it is picks a square. Reveal the answer with the space bar and award the points with one click (or keys 1 to 6). The team that answers correctly chooses next.

One hidden square is a Daily Double: the team wagers points before seeing the question. Turn on Wrong answers lose points for classic scoring, or add a thinking-time timer. When the board is empty, teams bet on the Final question and the winner is crowned. See the Jeopardy review game rules for tips on running it.
