Mystery Picture Reveal

Teams answer review questions to uncover tiles and guess the hidden picture. A free online review game for the board that works with any set of questions.

How to play Mystery Picture

  1. A picture is hidden under 12 numbered tiles.
  2. The team whose turn it is picks a tile and answers the question behind it. A correct answer removes the tile and scores 1 point.
  3. Then that team may guess the picture. A right guess scores 1 point for every tile still covering it, so a brave early guess is worth a lot. A wrong guess just passes the turn.
  4. If another team shouts out the answer, press A team guessed it! and pick which team.
  5. Play 1, 3 or 5 pictures. The podium shows the winners.

The suspense of the half-hidden picture keeps the whole class watching, even when it is not their turn. Use My pictures to hide your own images, such as a map, a historical figure or a piece of lab equipment.
